Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to most locations across Australia.
Some products may not be available for delivery to certain regional, remote or restricted locations due to courier limitations, product size, weight or supplier restrictions.
If delivery is unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements or provide a refund.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier location, courier service and delivery destination.
Delivery estimates provided on our website are indicative only and are not guaranteed.
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
4. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, items may be shipped separately from different warehouses or suppliers.
You may receive multiple tracking numbers and deliveries for a single order.
5. Tracking Information
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates are supplied by the courier and may take time to appear after dispatch.
6. Delivery Requirements
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at checkout.
Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be re-delivered due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery.
7. Authority to Leave
Some courier services may leave parcels in a safe location if no one is available to accept delivery.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery instructions may be passed to the courier where applicable.
Once a parcel has been successfully delivered according to the courier's tracking records, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
8. Delayed Deliveries
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- Courier network delays;
- Weather events or natural disasters;
- Public holidays;
- Customs or government inspections;
- Remote area servicing schedules;
- Supplier delays;
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
We will assist customers in tracking delayed shipments and liaising with couriers where possible.
9. Lost or Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may require photographs, courier information and other supporting details to investigate the issue.
Claims will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and courier claim procedures.
10. Large and Bulky Items

Additional delivery charges may apply for certain locations and products. Any additional charges will be communicated before dispatch where possible.
11. Order Cancellations After Dispatch
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot usually be cancelled.
If cancellation is requested after dispatch, return shipping and handling costs may apply.
